It’s been a crazy last few days.  Most of it started when Friday our assistant manager quit at work.  Usually that woudln’t be a bad thing but with the manager out at Gamestop confrence (playing Halo 2 and getting a DS) it dropped us down to just one manager on staff who had to work for 3 days open to close.  I kinda felt bad for him having to work all those hours.  Right now I’m the #1 part time non managment position.  So I thought that I had a chance to get the 3rd key position (low managment) but that isn’t going to be.  But the good news is that they are teaching me a lot of the management stuff and in a few months I might get a chance at the position.

On another note I got a letter for Jury duty today.  It’s just a questionaire that I have to fill out then the judge will look at it and see who he wants.  I’m not apposed to jury duty at all but I don’t really like the fact that it is back home in Kosiosco county and I’m 2 hours away from there.  Not sure if I can see if I get out of it or not .  I really want to do it at least once just to get a feel for the whole system.  I’ve taken law courses and done a mock trial, but I think it might be interesting to see how they really do it.  I’ll have to play it by ear.
