Sprint crap I dropped by my local Radio Shack tonight to get my Sprint phone. We ran the credit check and started the whole process. In the middle of this the other employee got off, that left Dennis to run the store, his manager was in the back, but was on the phone for at least an hour. So while he was helping me he had to stop and check out other people. Then his computer crashed. So we had to start the whole process again. We got thought that after a call to customer service to fixan issue because of the crash. After that he had a few customers. Then I signed the agreement and paid my deposit. I have good credit, I just don't have a ton of it. SoThatwas all taken care of and the phone was programmed. Then he started to ring up the phone and the rebate wasn't working. It was supposed to be 199 - 170 instant rebate. But for some reason it wasn't going through. At this point it had been about 45 minutes. I was running late for a dinner family thing so I asked if I could stop by later and take care of it.. He said ya so I left. When I returned around closing time he told me that the rebate had changed and it was now an mail in rebate and that he didn't know that til I went to pay. He is going to call in the morning and see if he can convince them to give me the rebate. Since I had already signed hte agreements, activated the phone and paid the deposit and was told the phone would be $29. I hope they let him do it. If not I'll order it off the sprint website.
